We are pleased to offer white glove, insured hand delivery for all of our leather furniture orders east of the Mississippi River. Your item will be carefully handled and delivered directly to your home with the utmost care and professionalism and fully insured against damage.
Order Processing Timeline
Each of our Chesterfields is crafted individually, and production begins only after an order is placed. Because every piece is handmade, the current build time is approximately 14–16 weeks which includes delivery to your home and sometimes faster.
We offer a wide range of sizes, styles, and leather colors, making it impractical—and extremely costly—to keep finished inventory on hand. Creating each sofa to order helps us maintain competitive pricing, even though it means a longer wait. The trade-off is a custom-made piece built specifically for you. We can make your sofas and chairs in any color you want but “unique colors for example Bright Yellow, pink or neon blue” are non-returnable and are considered custom-orders which are always non-returnable in the furniture industry.
Shipping Costs & Delivery Window
We partner with trusted furniture delivery companies who hand-deliver our pieces anywhere within the continental United States. Delivery is charged at a flat rate of $349.00.
Once your furniture is completed, we’ll reach out using the contact details you provided at checkout to arrange a delivery appointment that works for your schedule.
Transit time varies depending on your location, but most customers receive their furniture within 4–14 business days after it leaves our shipping facility.
Deliveries are made to your threshold, meaning the piece will be brought inside your home or business. Please note that this service does not include unpacking or trash removal. For an additional charge we do offer white-glove delivery where the items are placed in your room of choice and the packaging removed. Please call us to find out how much it is, but it’s usually minimal. Staircases cost an additional charge as well and you must measure your doorways, hallways, openings to make sure the sofa fits. It can not be returned if you didn;t measure and it doesn’t fit. Please measure carefully.
